Ragma - 'Tier 1' Character

Born February 16, 2049, Ragma is a class 7 wyvern who served as a Lieutenant Colonel under the Holy Order of the Regulators. He (was) just one out of three of his kind in the Regulator Army, with the others being 'Feral' (an assistant general to Ragma) and 'Ade' - the leader of the Regulators.

Being the only natural-born among the three (the other two being previously human), Ragma started out as nothing more than a skirmisher in the army, being of little more importance than his human allies. Though, due to his exceptional leadership and combat skills, he quickly rose through the ranks - even gaining the attention of Ade himself.

Within only a couple of years of serving under the flag of the Regulators, Ragma found himself being promoted to Lieutenant Colonel - commanding troops alongside of General Sempa "Feral" Edwards, second in command to Ade. Ragma was the only officer of his rank to actively engage the enemy in combat, often fighting at the front lines with the rest of his men. He was considered "the perfect fighting specimen" by his superiors.

However, in later years of the "Badlands Conflicts", Ragma would become more violent and ruthless in combat. Unlike his fellow officers and soldiers, who operated under a solemn creed of gallantry, Ragma refused to show mercy to surrendering enemy forces, and would often kill for his own amusement. His actions were frowned upon by both Feral and Ade, earning him many extensive lectures and prolonged suspensions from combat. Despite this, he remained stubborn and continued his immoral methods - ruining the respectable, reverent image of the Regulators' Holy Order.

Though, as fate would have it, karma finally befall the wyvern when he, along with his regiment, was captured and humiliated by the RCF (Roaches Collation Forces) during the 'Wasteland Massacre', where Ragma and his men were defeated after a poorly planned offensive attack on a vital enemy supply route. Following shortly after, he was publicly (and quite brutally) executed by an RCF mercenary, 'Scratch', in an act of revenge against the wyvern for devouring a close friend of his, Pvt. Kyle MacReady. Ragma's violent death came as a great loss to Ade, who was never really able to overcome his grief for the dead wyvern.
